Viking Hnefetafl Gaming Pieces, 700 - 1100 A.D.

I have recently acquired 18 Hnefetafl gaming pieces, so along with the Hnefatafl King (also shown in the lower right-hand corner of this photo) and the other Hnefetafl gaming pieces in the collection, I have nearly enough for a complete set.  Hnefetafl was a board game played by the Vikings in the years 700 - 1100 A.D.
